Danielle Griffith leads day-to-day operations for Balance. She brings with her experience in leading business development for the fastest growing grassroots company in Virginia, Potomac River Holdings. When Danielle first came to Alexandria, she was struck by the beauty of the Potomac River and was thus inspired to do all that she could to ensure that that its natural beauty is protected and safe from the litter and trash that threaten it. Danielle Graduated from Fairmont State University with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.

 

Patrick Moran

C0-Founder, Business Coach

Patrick Moran supports Balance Paddleboarding in an advisory capacity as Managing Director of Moran Strategy Group, an Alexandria-based consulting firm that specializes in Business Performance Management and Start-Up Advisory Services. Patrick has always been passionate about the health of the Potomac River and the opportunity for social enterprise to protect it and other natural resources.  Patrick graduated from Yale University with a bachelor’s degree in Political Science. He also is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).

 

Khaleesi “Khal”

Mascot, Security

With boundless energy, Khal keeps an eye on Danielle, Patrick, and any other paddleboarder. Khal regularly inspects water quality and as an army of one, leads litter clean-up efforts.
